Their proprietary engine enables partners to launch fully customized, legally compliant products that combine real-time social interactions, predictive gameplay, and entertainment in one unified experience — driving engagement, retention, and revenue at scale. This is a high-growth environment where backend engineers own critical systems, work across compliance-heavy domains, and directly influence the technical direction of a platform used by operators globally.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design & Develop Backend Systems — Build scalable, resilient APIs and backend components supporting web, mobile, and third-party integrations
  • Optimize Performance, Security & Compliance — Enhance system performance, implement security best practices, and ensure adherence to AML, KYC, data privacy, and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Data Infrastructure & Analytics — Develop and maintain data pipelines for analytics, fraud detection, geolocation, and regulatory reporting
  • Technical Ownership & Collaboration — Partner with product, security, compliance, and data teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Operational Excellence — Participate in incident response, monitoring, and root cause analysis to ensure system stability and security
  • Mentorship & Innovation — Share knowledge with team members, promote best practices, and explore emerging technologies in fintech, AI fraud detection, and regulated digital platforms

Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing, building, and scaling high-performance backend systems
  • Strong expertise in Python for backend development, automation, and data processing
  • Proficiency in API development, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure automation
  • Experience in data pipeline architecture, analytics, and geolocation-based access controls
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (AML, KYC, data privacy) and performance tuning
  • Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
