This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align on product strategy and create new features
• Engage in the full development cycle from technical design to launch, including reviewing code and product specifications
• Lead a team of engineers, defining best practices and mentoring for professional growth
• Continuously enhance technical and non-technical skills to remain competitive

Requirements

• 5-8 years of software development experience in Go, Python, Rust, or Ruby
• Proficient with API design and implementation using GraphQL, REST, HTTP, Thrift, or gRPC
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage project timelines
• Innovative and self-directed mindset suited for fast-paced environments
• Experience collaborating effectively with remote cross-functional teams

Pay

$190,800 – $267,100 annually
