About the Role

You'll join the Integrations team, responsible for all data flows into and out of Vibe's platform. This role involves building and shipping integrations with external platforms such as CRMs, CDPs, measurement vendors, and data partners. You'll own integration projects from scoping to production, ensuring outcomes. You'll collaborate with external partners to define, validate, and evolve data contracts. What You'll Do

• Build and ship integrations with external platforms
• Design and implement production-grade integrations
• Own integration projects end-to-end
• Collaborate directly with external partners
• Drive the architecture of Vibe's public API
• Develop documentation, monitoring, and tooling for the developer experience
• Contribute to MCP gateway and authentication layers
• Identify and address architectural weaknesses in existing pipelines
• Lead efforts to rebuild pipelines for scale
• Ensure high code quality on the team
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Establish engineering norms and practices
• Partner with the Engineering Manager on technical direction and hiring

What You Need

• Typically 6+ years shipping production backend systems at scale
• Deep hands-on proficiency in TypeScript and Python
• Strong infrastructure fundamentals: AWS, Terraform
• Exposure to low-level programming concepts
• A high-ownership background
• A track record of raising the quality of the engineers around you

Nice to Haves

• Prior experience building or maintaining third-party integrations
• Familiarity with GCP or multi-cloud environments
• Experience designing or contributing to developer-facing platforms or public APIs
