Senior Backend Engineer, IAM

Responsibilities

• Steer high leverage projects to align with the company’s goals
• Build scalable architecture for authentication and identity systems
• Amplify team skills through mentorship and collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the company Engineering
• Evolve personal technical and non-technical skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing large-scale distributed backend systems
• 2+ years focused on security-sensitive areas like IAM or security
• Knowledge of identity concepts and authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
• Proficient in programming languages, preferably Go
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, GCP)
• Experience in leading high-impact projects aligned with company strategy
• Strong communication skills and high empathy for collaboration
