Senior Backend Engineer, Auction

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the server-side unified auction (Go / Rust)
• Drive down p99 latency while adding demand partners
• Build the price-discovery and floor-optimization pipeline
• Carry the pager for the systems you build

Requirements

• 6+ years building low-latency distributed systems in production
• Deep comfort with profiling, load testing, and capacity planning
• Experience with ad tech, trading systems, or another sub-second domain

Skills

• Rust in production
• Experience with in-app bidding / OpenRTB
