Responsibilities
- Independently communicate with Customer Support to investigate and resolve customer-reported issues.
- Design database schemas and APIs for small-to-medium scoped features.
- Implement features following internal engineering principles and guidelines.
- Provide estimates for their own work and communicate progress and risks proactively to the team.
Requirements
- Deep experience with and understanding of: JavaScript (5+ years), Node.js (5+ years), Express.js framework (2+ years), APIs (5+ years)/Building fintech backend APIs (1+ years), Databases (PostGreSQL) (2+ years), Architecture (2+ years), Fintech web applications (1+ years).

Pay
- The base salary range for this full-time position is $160k - $240k + bonus + equity + benefits.
Schedule
- Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day.
