We are in search of a Senior Backend/Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is for a versatile engineer who is passionate about building scalable, resilient backend systems and is comfortable working across the stack as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend services that power our applications.
• Work closely with our frontend and product teams to ensure a seamless integration of services.
• Optimize existing systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Lead architectural decisions and actively participate in code reviews.
• Champion best practices for development and deployment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Proficiency in a major backend language such as Rust, C++, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs and backend services at scale.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• In the blockchain industry or strong understanding of blockchain technology.
• Experience with building applications for financial systems, banking, or related fields.
