Senior Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Hybrid role in Wilmington, MA (2-3 days per week onsite; locals only).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage highly scalable, secure, and reliable Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with Terraform as a core requirement.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Build, maintain, and optimize advanced CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Implement automated deployment processes supporting application, infrastructure, and cloud platform releases.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot workloads running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Support containerized environments, including container deployment, orchestration, scaling, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Apply cloud-native architecture and DevOps best practices across development, testing, and production environments.
• Understand AI/ML workflows, including model deployment, infrastructure requirements, and MLOps concepts.
• Use configuration management and automation tools such as Chef, Ansible, or similar technologies to manage enterprise infrastructure.
• Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, data science, and application teams to improve cloud automation, reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Azure Cloud Infrastructure, with deep hands-on expertise in enterprise cloud environments.
