Responsibilities

  • Work with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients.
  • Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Take extreme ownership over your work, ensuring you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
  • Identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
  • Consistently work 40 hours per week.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional DevOps Engineering experience.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • Extensive experience working with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS, etc.).
  • Deep experience in Kubernetes for container orchestration in production environments.
  • Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
  • Deep experience in monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.
  • Familiar with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation.
  • Experience leveraging Agentic AI tools to automate DevOps workflows and improve operational efficiency is a plus.
  • Forensic attention to detail and a positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

Nice to Have

  • AI-enthusiastic in your workflow.
  • Professional experience or personal project work with the following is a significant plus: Cursor, Windsurf, or Google Antigravity; Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Copilot CLI.
