About the Role
Design, implement, and support an AI-enabled omnichannel contact center supporting customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Deploy Amazon Connect environments, build contact flows, and IVR workflows.
- Integrate chat, voice, Salesforce, Amazon Lex, Lambda, Polly, and other AWS services.
- Develop dashboards and analytics.
- Ensure security compliance per FedRAMP standards.
- Collaborate with AI, cybersecurity, and program teams to migrate legacy systems to AWS-native solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of cloud/contact-center experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect expertise.
- Proficiency in AWS architecture, networking, Lambda, and Salesforce integration.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to obtain security clearance and US citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS certifications.
- Migration experience.
- FedRAMP support experience.
- CI/CD knowledge.

Location
This is a remote role, with residence in the Gaithersburg, MD/Washington, DC area preferred.
