About the Role

As a Senior Automotive Technician at Delta World Tire, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality automotive repair and maintenance services. You will diagnose vehicles accurately, perform complex repairs, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicles according to the appropriate level of certifications/experience
• Perform work as outlined on the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy
• Perform complex and heavy-duty repairs
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals
• Recommend services necessary to keep the customer's vehicle in running condition and document all recommendations in customer file
• Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to direct supervisor
• Adhere to Sun Auto’s core values, company policies, and procedures
• Work flexible schedules, Monday - Saturday

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician/mechanic experience required
• ASE certifications in lieu of experience
• Valid Driver’s license in the work state (out-of-state driver’s licenses must be transferred to work state within 30 days of hire)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical School experience preferred

Up to $45 flag rate
