Job Details

• Mondays through Fridays, 7:00am to 5:00pm, no weekends.
• Two lifts per tech, structured workflow, minimal chaos by design.
• We move fast during business hours but there's a system behind it. Most days you're out before 4:30 if the week's goals are hit.

Pay

Pay is purely performance-based with an individual production component and a team bonus built in. Our top producers clear 6 figures with no ceiling to commissions.

Requirements

• Seven or more years as a specialized technician.
• Motorsports, high-performance imports, and both classic and modern platforms are all relevant backgrounds.
• ASE certs are a plus.
• There's a hands-on assessment as part of the process.
• Seven to six years of experience (exceptional candidates at five to six considered).
• Valid driver's license.
• Positive attitude, accountability, 40 units per week minimum.
