Description
Lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of automated manufacturing equipment and assembly processes. Take technical ownership of automation systems throughout their full lifecycle, from concept through production support.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in automation, manufacturing engineering, or related fields.
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience, including Allen-Bradley and/or Omron platforms.
- Hands-on experience with industrial robotics such as ABB or Fanuc.
- Machine vision programming and integration experience, ideally with Cognex or Keyence systems.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of motion control systems, HMIs, and automation architecture.
- Familiarity with UL and CE standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- Six Sigma certification.
