Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze potential new automation processes for feasibility
- Analyze and document detailed business processes as required
- Identify and communicate technical infrastructure needs for RPA
- Design RPA solutions adhering to standard design principles
- Configure new automation processes using core workflow principles
- Maintain solution documentation and support existing automation processes
- Resolve day-to-day issues within automation processes and communicate with suppliers
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience, ideally with RPA tools like UiPath and Blue Prism
- Proficiency in developing AI Agents using UiPath, AWS, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of AI, IXP, and related technologies like Communications Mining and Maestro
- Expertise in job scheduling software and best practices
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming, Web Services, and system integration techniques
- Experience with database systems and SQL queries
- Understanding of APIs, WebServices, and Webhooks technologies

Pay
$140,600 – $173,100 annually
