Responsibilities
- Perform heavy-duty work and duties of a level 1 and 2 auto technician
- Work independently or in a team environment
- Conduct advanced diagnostics
- Handle clutch and transmission replacement
- Identify required parts and collaborate with parts & procurement teams
- Alert team lead or management about difficult issues, patterns, and trends
- Upfit new vehicles with necessary equipment (as required)
- Perform OEM recalls (as required)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (safe drivers needed)
- 5+ years of automotive service and repair experience
- Ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles
Qualifications (Preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Current ASE Certifications: A1-9 (L1 in emission states, if required by leadership)
Pay
Hourly pay rate ranges from $26.73 to $40.10 per hour, based on location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Additional compensation may include commission or incentive programs.
Schedule
Full-time employees are eligible for a minimum of 16 hours of paid time off every month, 7 paid holidays, and additional paid leave for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteering, military service, and parental leave.
