Responsibilities

• Lead and develop audit staff and managers through coaching and mentorship
• Manage and oversee audit engagements for international clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary client contact throughout engagements
• Provide leadership and stewardship for the Cincinnati audit practice
• Ensure high-quality audit execution and client service delivery

Requirements

• CPA required
• 10+ years of public accounting experience
• Prior audit leadership experience managing teams and engagements
• Background with Big 4 or large regional public accounting firms preferred
• CCH Engage/Access experience
• German fluency is a plus

Pay

$150,000–$160,000 + Bonus (Partnership Track Opportunity)
