Responsibilities
- Lead and develop audit staff and managers through coaching and mentorship
- Manage and oversee audit engagements for international clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary client contact throughout engagements
- Provide leadership and stewardship for the Cincinnati audit practice
- Ensure high-quality audit execution and client service delivery
Requirements
- CPA required
- 10+ years of public accounting experience
- Prior audit leadership experience managing teams and engagements
- Background with Big 4 or large regional public accounting firms preferred
- CCH Engage/Access experience
- German fluency is a plus
Pay
$150,000–$160,000 + Bonus (Partnership Track Opportunity)
