Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
- Work closely with clients and decision-makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
- Prepare financial statements, related disclosures, and reportable condition correspondence letters.
- Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
- Schedule, delegate, and train team members to support their career growth.
- Collaborate with managers and principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Work with a diverse client base and develop and maintain effective client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Eligible to sit for the CPA exam (preferred).
- 2 years of relevant audit experience (required).
Pay
The compensation range for this position in Washington is $80,000.00 – $136,000.00. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may influence pay within this range.
