Senior Attorney Needed for Rapidly Growing Business Law Firm Based in New Mexico
About the role
We are a rapidly growing Business Law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area and have offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. We are currently on the search for an Senior Associate Attorney to join our team with proven experience in business law!
Responsibilities
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Commercial Leases
- Real Estate
- Securities
- Intellectual Property law (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, patents)
Requirements
- JD Degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to New Mexico Bar
- 10+ years of litigation experience
- 2+ years of experience within Business law
- Required practice experience either of the following:
- Experience with Securities law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and commercial leases and real estate
- Experience with Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
Qualifications
A combination of the above bullet points is even better.
