Senior Attorney, eDiscovery and Litigation Case Management
About the role
An established AmLaw 100 firm is strengthening its nationally recognised eDiscovery and litigation case management practice and is looking to add a senior attorney to its New York office. The team runs document review and discovery for large commercial litigation, regulatory and government investigation matters, acting for major corporate and financial services clients across the US. New York offers high-quality work, direct client exposure and real responsibility, backed by the resources of a national firm.
The caseload spans complex commercial disputes, government investigations and regulatory matters, with the lawyer owning review from scoping through to production. The team would also consider litigators and discovery specialists from adjacent backgrounds, such as insurance, consumer finance, healthcare or regulatory litigation, who want a more stable career path. This is a non-partner-track, long-term career role for senior lawyers.
