If you have experience in

• Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate and securities
• Intellectual Property law (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, patents)

Job Details

• JD Degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to New Mexico Bar
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• 2+ years of experience within Business law
• Experience with Securities law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and commercial leases and real estate
• Experience with Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
