Senior Attorney - Construction Litigation

We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with 5-7+ years of civil litigation experience, including required construction litigation experience, to join our team full-time. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic, proactive attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation and taking initiative. What You'll Do Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.Manage litigation documents and document production.Take depositions and argue motions.Prepare for and participate in mediations, trials, and arbitrations.Develop case strategies and proactively move matters forward. What You'll Bring 5-7+ years of civil litigation experience.Construction litigation experience is required.Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.Confidence handling depositions, motion arguments, and case preparation.A strategic approach, sound judgment, and initiative.
