About the role

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to join one of our Washington offices (Seattle, Bellevue, Everett). The role offers:

  • Remote-first setting with brick-and-mortar space available (in-person as required by courts and clients)

Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support
  • Manage direct client communications, draft legal documents, and conduct depositions, court appearances, and mediations
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting

Requirements

  • Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience
  • Must be able to relocate to one of our offices (Seattle, Bellevue, Everett) and fulfill in-person responsibilities within a reasonable timeframe (relocation assistance provided)
  • Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law
  • Active admission to the Washington State Bar
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset

Pay

Compensation: $175,000 - $285,880 annually, with potential commissions based on billable hours and collections. A $15,000 signing bonus and relocation package are currently offered for this role.
