• Lead and sign off on audit, review and compilation engagements.
• Actively promote and provide new service capabilities to clients and prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and managing client expectations.
• Mentor and coach managers, supervisors, and senior employees in your area of specialty.
• Identify key stakeholders in the decision-making process and develop strong relationships.
• Oversee the administration of engagements, including initial budget, deviations from budget, scheduling adjustments, client obstacles, etc.
• Identify and lead efforts to resolve technical issues involving changes in client’s business or professional standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years’ related experience and a bachelor's degree in an accounting-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft 365, Teammate, Suralink, and Pfx Engagement.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other applicable certification required.
• Maintain CPE requirements for all applicable licenses.
• Prolonged periods of working on a computer and ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (e.g., sitting at a desk).
• Ability to travel occasionally.
