We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Temporary Assurance Senior Associate to join the team in our Baltimore Office. Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level audit support by filling critical resource gaps and assisting engagement teams in managing workload.
• Perform detailed reviews of audit workpapers and procedures completed by preparers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with firm standards.
• Complete remaining audit procedures and advance engagements through the final stages of the audit process to support timely completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
• CPA designation is preferred
• 4+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required

Skills

• Knowledge of audit software
• Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills

Pay

In Maryland, the salary range for Assurance Senior Associates is $80,000 - $120,000.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position; team members are expected to alternate time between remote and office work.
