Senior Associate, Workday Security

As a Senior Associate in Workday Security within our Advisory Technology Organization, you will play a critical role in Workday security implementation and assessment, helping clients improve their Workday environments while growing your own skills and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute client engagements focusing on Workday security implementation and assessment of Workday environments.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of Workday configurable controls.
- Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in Workday security and controls.
- Supervise Associates on engagements and lead client meetings related to Workday security and controls.
- Help coach and train team members to expand the team’s Workday knowledge base.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of recent experience or two or more full lifecycle engagements implementing Financials or Human Capital Management with hands-on Workday implementation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
- Certifications in Workday Financials or Human Capital Management are preferred.
- Project or team lead experience within a consulting firm is preferred.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior-level executives.
- Desire to grow skills and knowledge and become an expert in Workday security and controls.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and resolve issues with accountability.
- Ability to travel 80%.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay
California Salary Range: $96,045 – $206,080. Salary is determined based on relevant factors such as skills, job responsibilities, prior experience, degrees, certifications, and market considerations. For salary ranges in other cities, visit KPMG’s Pay Transparency page.
