Senior Associate / Vice President, Office Investments Miami, FLA leading real estate investment firm is seeking an investment professional to support the acquisition, underwriting, and asset management of office and mixed-use assets throughout South Florida and select Sun Belt markets.This individual will play a key role in sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, supporting due diligence efforts, and executing business plans across a growing portfolio of Class A and value-add office investments.ResponsibilitiesUnderwrite acquisitions and development opportunitiesBuild financial models and investment committee materialsSupport due diligence and transaction executionPartner with asset management teams to drive value creation initiativesAnalyze market fundamentals, leasing trends, and capital markets activityAssist with business plan execution across existing investmentsQualifications3-8 years of real estate investment, acquisitions, asset management, lending, or advisory experienceStrong financial modeling and underwriting capabilitiesExperience evaluating office, mixed-use, or commercial real estate opportunitiesBachelor's degree requiredWhy This Role?Exposure to one of the strongest office investment markets in the countryOpportunity to work on institutional-quality transactionsSignificant growth potential within a high-performing investment platformCompetitive compensation and carried interest potential
