Responsibilities

• Equity order processing (i.e., following a rules-based approach for the routing of equity orders using algorithms and assessing real-time market conditions to ensure best execution).
• Fixed income trading (i.e., buying/selling investment grade bonds while evaluating relative value in fixed income markets consistent with investment policies and team-level strategic positioning).
• Trading operations support.
• Best execution review and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1 – 3 years’ relevant experience is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with team members and counterparties.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Business degree (preferred).
• Familiarity with industry-standard platforms, specifically Bloomberg (preferred).
• Knowledge of equity order types and algorithms (preferred).
• Experience handling equity orders and/or working on a buy-side fixed income trading desk (preferred).
