About the role
A&M is looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This role will support recruitment for client-facing roles with a strong focus on sourcing, market research, candidate development, and full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate is a strong recruiter and sourcer who can build trusted relationships with hiring leaders, understand the business, develop effective search strategies, and manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with practice leadership, hiring managers, and business operations to understand hiring needs, talent requirements, and business priorities.
- Lead kickoff calls and set the search strategy in partnership with your hiring leads.
- Source, interview, and present candidates for teams and service lines.
- Learn the specialty areas that require ongoing support and pipeline candidates for future needs.
- Assist with job descriptions and market research that will help hiring managers understand the recruiting market in their functional areas.
- Create innovative sourcing strategies. Frequent use of LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing in Jobvite (ATS), and different resume databases.
- Prepare offers and work with the contracts, HR operations, and onboarding team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain requisitions, update ATS data and candidate records, and provide reporting and metrics as needed.
- Identify challenges or changes in the recruiting process and escalate issues appropriately while keeping searches moving forward.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate or search firm environment.
- Experience recruiting in consulting, financial services, or other professional services environments is highly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for billable professional services roles is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- Advanced candidate sourcing and research capabilities, experience with Boolean search strings.
- Strong business acumen and polished communication skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and escalate issues as needed.
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience is required; Workday and Jobvite experience is a plus.

Pay
The salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
