About the role
L3Harris is seeking a senior associate to support contract and business operations across a variety of programs by assisting with contract administration, process coordination, and overall program support activities. In this role, the individual will work with internal teams to help manage contract requirements, monitor performance, support negotiations, and contribute to risk assessment and resolution efforts. The position provides experience with business processes, compliance requirements, and the coordination needed to support complex customer and program needs.
Responsibilities
- Process contract funding into PeopleSoft and maintain program performance metrics
- Provide contract management support to internal program teams, offering a strategic viewpoint, assisting in solving complex problems, and delivering creative solutions
- Analyze, assess and provide mitigation tactics for business and contractual risk
- Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute contracts detailing prices, terms and special provisions
- Identify applicable subcontract flow-down clauses and perform risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, corporate policies and best practices
Requirements
- Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or have completed a Master’s degree in one of these fields within the last 12 months
Schedule
9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off.
