Senior Associate – Strategic Finance Advisory

If so, this opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of industries and accounting/finance functions, including FP&A, M&A, Fund Accounting, Technical Accounting, and System Implementation work. Long-term engagements focus on upskilling you as an accounting and finance professional to help advance your career. (No prerequisite knowledge is required beyond an External Audit foundation and a willingness to take on new challenges.)

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across diverse accounting and finance functions such as FP&A, M&A, Fund Accounting, Technical Accounting, and System Implementation.
• Work on long-term, single-client advisory engagements designed to develop your professional skills.
• Engage with C-Suite level stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred—candidates in process will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of External Audit experience with a Big 4 or large CPA firm.
• Minimum of 3 busy seasons in external audit—2 main busy seasons plus a summer busy season may be accepted.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB, and SEC/ASC rules and standards.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables) are desirable.
