Senior Associate - State and Local Maximo

Role Overview: This position involves supporting the delivery of complex public sector and government engagements, focusing on transportation systems using platforms like IBM Maximo and Octave Attune. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support enterprise asset management solutions tailored to public sector clients.Apply industry-specific methodologies to ensure successful project execution in the Enterprise Asset Management space.Manage project risks, budgets, and deliverables to secure buy-in from senior management.Foster relationships with government agencies and commercial partners to identify new business opportunities.Evaluate technical project aspects, ensuring proper development methods, risk management, and organizational change strategies.Collaborate with client teams, including asset managers and technical staff, to optimize asset management operations. Qualifications & Skills At least three years of management consulting experience in the public sector, with a focus on large-scale application design and architecture, preferably within government agencies.Bachelor’s degree in technical sciences, information systems, or related fields; certifications in EAM are a plus.Hands-on experience with transportation solutions, especially IBM Maximo, and full project lifecycle management.Expertise in enterprise architecture analysis and designing modular system implementations.Knowledge of transportation infrastructure and asset management operations.Strong communication and client management skills. Additional Requirements Ability to travel up to 50%.Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
