Senior Associate - Securities & Financial Services

About the role

The Securities and Financial Services Department at WilmerHale is seeking senior associates with four to seven years post-JD experience in securities litigation matters. Positions are available in Boston, New York, and Palo Alto.

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience litigating in securities cases in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs, managing discovery, involving in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.
• Talented strategic thinker.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic.
• Experience with large litigation teams.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor.
• Athorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Strong analytical skills.
• A willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
