Senior Associate, SAP CRM - Utilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate, SAP CRM, Utilities to support CRM project execution, focusing on enhancing customer experience and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP CRM solutions, particularly SAP Service Cloud v2.
• Participate in all project phases including design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Manage project activities such as planning, status reporting, and risk management to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with teams and client stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and optimize CRM workflows.
• Mentor Analysts/Associates and uphold professional integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with SAP C4C/Service Cloud V1/V2, preferably with SAP for Utilities (IS-U) and SAP certification in CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with other SAP CX solutions like SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, and SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement.
• Ability to work across large projects and travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
