Senior Associate Sales Operations
Responsibilities
Support the administration and integration of sales compensation tracking systems, including Varicent, ensuring they are aligned with organizational changes.
Maintain data integrity by conducting regular system audits and resolving discrepancies in compensation data.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for compensation tools, collaborating with internal teams to address bugs and implement necessary updates.
Conduct regular sales metric audits to ensure accurate crediting across BDO and Alliances.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI-enabled processes into existing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of recent experience in client delivery or related projects within a professional services firm is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required.
- Proven experience with compensation tools such as Varicent or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail; expertise in data management and maintaining data integrity; excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Background in AI integration and business process automation is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
