Senior Associate Sales Operations

Responsibilities
- Support the administration and integration of sales compensation tracking systems, including Varicent, ensuring they are aligned with organizational changes
- Maintain data integrity by conducting regular system audits and resolving discrepancies in compensation data
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for compensation tools, collaborating with internal teams to address bugs and implement necessary updates
- Conduct regular sales metric audits to ensure accurate crediting across BDO and Alliances
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI-enabled processes into existing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of recent experience in client delivery or related projects within a professional services firm is preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required
- Proven experience with compensation tools such as Varicent or similar systems
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail; expertise in data management and maintaining data integrity; excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Background in AI integration and business process automation is preferred
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

Pay
