Senior Associate, Sales Analytics & Enablement - Grocery

About the Role

The Grocery Retail Sales Analyst & Enablement Sr. Associate is a high-impact, multi-functional role at the center of the Grocery team's success. This individual will be a critical resource for regional customers, co-owning the analytics and insights engine that drives sales, planning, and growth across the channel.

Responsibilities

• Retailer Analytics & Reporting:
  • Own analytics and performance reporting for the Grocery channel, delivering weekly, monthly, and ad hoc scorecards for Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando.
  • Build and maintain selling stories using syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen), retailer POS, and internal reporting, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as the go-to data expert, providing ad hoc analysis for sell-in preparation, line reviews, promotional planning, and category reviews.
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the Grocery portfolio.
  • Build and refine dashboards, tools, and reporting processes, leveraging AI for efficiency.
• Administrative & Contractual Management:
  • Manage administrative workflows at select Grocery accounts, including trade funding, promotional setup, item maintenance, and compliance tracking.
  • Own contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with deal terms and retailer requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve account-level issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead the Grocery team sample process, coordinating timely shipments and communication with the Go-To-Market team.
• Grocery Data Management Systems:
  • Lead and maintain Grocery-specific data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Grocery data platforms, partnering with the Centralized Insights & Analytics (CIA) team to align on methodology and best practices.
  • Drive improvements to data systems and workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in CPG sales, retail analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with syndicated data platforms (Circana/IRI, Nielsen).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Highly organized with experience managing administrative and contractual tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with retail portals and BI tools is a plus.

Key Partners and Team Structure

You will report to the Sr. Sales Director, Channel Lead, and be embedded in the Retail team with strong connectivity to the Category Insights and Analytics team. Key partnerships include:

• Sales team covering regional Grocery accounts.
• Centralized Insights & Analytics (CIA) team.
• Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand teams.
• External retailer merchant teams.
• 3rd party data management teams.

Pay

The base salary hiring range for this position is $71,200-$89,000, with final compensation based on location, skill level, and experience.
