Senior Associate, Risk Enablement

As a Senior Associate, Risk Enablement, you'll help strengthen the processes that protect our business and support effective risk operations. You'll partner across the Risk Management, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience Teams to support high-risk customer interactions, improve operational processes, and help ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. Using data, analytics, and AI, you'll identify opportunities to solve complex challenges, drive operational excellence, and help balance customer needs with company risk in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Risk Management, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional Teams to support efficient, compliant risk operations.
- Analyze data to identify operational trends, surface risks, and provide recommendations that improve decision-making and strengthen risk processes.
- Collaborate with Risk Operations to enhance workflows, optimize operational processes, and support scalable solutions that improve team efficiency.
- Maintain, test, and refine risk alerts, controls, and operating procedures to align with evolving regulations, fraud trends, and governance requirements.
- Support process improvement and change management initiatives by documenting procedures, identifying operational enhancements, and helping implement new ways of working.
- Coordinate incident follow-up activities by tracking remediation efforts, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and helping drive timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience using data and analytics to solve complex business problems.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or ChatGPT to improve workflows, analyze information, or support operational decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, act with urgency, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- A collaborative, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed; project management experience is preferred.

Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is 54,600.00 USD - 68,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
