Senior Associate, Risk Consulting - Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Financial Services Risk Consulting Practice. This role offers exposure to a wide range of clients and industries, as well as opportunities for career development and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or related business discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit, internal audit, or related internal control positions.
• Preferred qualifications include proficiency in professional writing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, exposure to data analytics tools, experience in capital markets, asset management, or specialty lending institutions, consulting firms, or regulatory agencies, and ability to pursue a job-relevant certification.
• Openness to workday flexibility, remote work, and agile environments.
• Effective communication and time management skills.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $77,700 - $146,900, with a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
