Job Description
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Analyst to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas.
Essential Functions
- Assists department in handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation
- Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects or assignments
- Works to achieve operational targets within job area, which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team
- Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized
- Expected to propose solutions to problems for others review
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a US security clearance
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Additional Skills
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
