About the role

CMTA (formerly AMA Group), a Legence Company, is seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Associate, Project Manager. This position will manage all Electrical activities and aspects on various projects, focusing on client interactions and project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Client Interactions: Meet and exceed client expectations for electrical projects.
  • Project Delivery: Accountable for client satisfaction, leading project planning, interpreting, organizing, scheduling, and managing.
  • Budget Management: Establish and monitor budgets, manage project teams, and prepare schedules.
  • Design Development: Oversee design development, production of working drawings, and construction administration.
  • Resource Utilization: Maintain workload overview and balance resource utilization to meet deadlines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage up to two direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in MEP, with 7+ years of electrical design experience.
  • 6+ years of Project Management experience, including independent project leadership.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting and proposal preparation.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, including experience presenting to high-level stakeholders.
  • Expert understanding of the construction process and interpretation of construction drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.
