Overview
The Senior Associate, Programmatic is responsible for developing plans and managing campaigns for assigned clients. You will combine both strategic and tactical elements, requiring the generation of insights and implementation of campaigns with Associate support. The Sr. Associate serves as the main contact for clients and internal media teams, providing expertise and mentoring junior team members on optimization strategies and procedures. You will report to the Supervisor, Programmatic. This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days in-office each week.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate digital strategies and tactical approaches for campaigns.
- Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns (e.g., performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing) to meet client expectations.
- Create proposals for new opportunities and develop client decks and status documentation.
- Oversee the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and all relevant campaign documentation.
- Collaborate with analytics and media partners to ensure accurate reporting, insights, and platform implementation.
- Manage the tech stack, including DMP, DSP partners, ad-verification services, and third-party data providers.
- Monitor campaign performance, manage forecasts, and maintain account management standards.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement by documenting standard processes.
- Attend client meetings and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in Programmatic including bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations.
- Client-facing experience with risk management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Project management capabilities.
- Understanding of interactive media planning and buying.
