Responsibilities
- Support the execution of programs and proposal efforts.
- Support responses to customer quote requests and proposal activities.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking key program performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and technical performance throughout the program life cycle.
- Coordinate with Trade Compliance and other functional organizations to obtain required export authorizations and licenses in support of program execution.
- Assist with program closeout activities, ensuring contractual, financial, and administrative requirements are completed.
- Identify opportunities to improve program execution processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% internationally.
Skills
- Knowledge of communication and data link products.
- Experience with international customers.
- Experience with geographically dispersed teams.
Schedule
9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.
