Responsibilities include building and updating complex financial models using various valuation techniques such as discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and comparable analyses, as well as analyzing financial, economic, and industry data to support valuation reports. The position requires preparing detailed valuation reports and presentations, utilizing tools like Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, and Capital IQ. Candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or related fields, with strong finance, modeling, and analytical skills. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business is required, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
