Senior Associate, Platform Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and virtual walkthroughs
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution across internal teams
  • Configure and manage platform settings, permissions, and workflows
  • Educate clients on platform features to drive adoption and efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Act as a subject matter expert on platform functionality

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in client support or client-facing roles in financial services
  • Experience working with Registered Investment Advisors (RIA)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with technology platforms and troubleshooting issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS, fintech, or wealth management platforms
  • Familiarity with TAMP platforms or custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing)
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and account workflows
  • Advanced Excel skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
  • Bonus eligibility
