Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and virtual walkthroughs
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution across internal teams
- Configure and manage platform settings, permissions, and workflows
- Educate clients on platform features to drive adoption and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Act as a subject matter expert on platform functionality
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client support or client-facing roles in financial services
- Experience working with Registered Investment Advisors (RIA)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with technology platforms and troubleshooting issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS, fintech, or wealth management platforms
- Familiarity with TAMP platforms or custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing)
- Strong understanding of financial operations and account workflows
- Advanced Excel skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
- Bonus eligibility
