About the role
Assess unique and technical environments for PCI DSS compliance, provide remediation guidance, and serve as an expert resource.
Responsibilities
- Assess merchant and service provider environments for PCI DSS compliance
- Provide clearly detailed and technical remediation guidance for gaps
- Serve as an expert resource in implementing compliance requirements
- Face diverse challenges in technically unique environments
- Independently solve complex problems and advise teams on effective security measures
- Work with Urbane’s security services team to provide expert technical opinions and assistance
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with PCI DSS assessments
- 5 years in IT Compliance Audits
- 5 years in information security consulting
- Current PCI QSA or ISA certification (desirable)
- Strong technical knowledge of mixed-technology environments
- Experience with multiple information security regulations/standards/frameworks
- Understanding of core computer and network fundamentals
- Experience using open-source solutions for security and compliance
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Passionate about technology and willing to stay current with industry trends
- Comfortable traveling domestically and internationally (up to 50%)

Pay
$125,000 - $195,000/year (depending on knowledge, experience, and location)
