Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Review and ensure quality control on transaction calculations, partner economics, and tax distributions throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams focused on high-quality consulting, reporting, and industry-specific solutions.
• Implement standard technology and processes, applying tax technical knowledge to client scenarios.
• Stay current with evolving tax practices, technologies, and participate in process development and market activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum three years of recent experience in partnership federal and state tax compliance within an accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking, and proficiency in MS Office and tax reporting software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex information.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
