About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services team, focusing on providing tax consulting and compliance for operating partnerships to diverse clients, including Fortune 100 companies, private equity firms, and family offices.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing transaction calculations, partner economics, and tax distributions
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across compliance, SALT, M&A, and international sectors
• Applying tax technical knowledge to implement technology and standard processes
• Contributing to the development of current tax practices, technologies, and client service innovations

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in partnership federal and state tax compliance
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and third‑party tax software
• Current authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
