About the Role

We are a growing full service law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area. We are currently on the search for a Senior Associate / Partner – Corporate and Commercial Transactions to join our team with a proven background in M&A and Commercial Transactions!

Responsibilities

• Offer competitive base salary based on experience
• Participate in bonus program
• Meet minimum billables of 1750 hours
• Enjoy great medical, dental and vision insurance (firm pays for 95% of monthly premium of medical for employee)
• Participate in 401k plan

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited law school
• Admitted to NY Bar and licensed to practice
• At least 10+ years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, or a related practice area
• A book of business is a big plus but not required

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates should have a proven track record in corporate and commercial transactions

Skills

• Strong legal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

$150,000 - $220,000 per year
