Senior Associate or Counsel

About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support partner attorneys in aviation-related financing transactions
• Draft and negotiate various finance agreements and related legal documentation
• Manage multiple aviation transactions from initiation to closing
• Advise clients on legal matters pertaining to aviation financing
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on transactions

Qualifications

• Familiarity with secured and unsecured financing transactions under UCC Article 9 and the Cape Town Convention
• Experience managing and closing transactions exceeding $100 million
• Proficient in drafting and negotiating finance-related documentation such as credit agreements and leases
• Ability to advise clients on document interpretation both orally and in writing
• Understanding of aviation finance, leasing, and related corporate matters

Pay

$390,000 – $435,000 annually
