Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans by analyzing financial statements and rent rolls to identify potential credit or market risks and assess compliance with loan covenants.
- Respond to borrower requests including lease approvals, reserve disbursements, ownership transfers, insurance claims, easements, guaranty releases, or collateral substitutions.
- Process construction and bridge loan draws in accordance with project budgets and contractual terms.
- Identify and track watchlist loans, preparing updates and analysis for regular portfolio review meetings.
- Partner with origination, legal, and senior leadership teams on loan modifications and document changes.
- Foster and maintain positive borrower relationships.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing process and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan data across internal systems to support timely and reliable reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in real estate, finance, economics, accounting, or a related business discipline with an investment concentration.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate lending, with a deep understanding of complex debt structures including revolvers, senior loans, mezzanine financing, and securitized products.
- Extensive expertise in interpreting complex loan documents and overseeing construction loan budgets; familiarity with Built is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Argus or Excel-based financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.

- Competitive salary range of $110,000-$125,000.
